The first edition of “Dior New Talent Photography Prize”
The Art of Color
Yoonkyung Jang, a 23 year old South Korean photographer, is the winner of the first photography contest for emerging talents launched by the maison, in collaboration with ENSP and LUMA foundation.
The jury, composed by Peter Lindbergh, who presided it, Maja Hoffmann, founder of Luma foundation, and Claude Martinez, president of Christian Dior Parfums – gave to the young photographer a prize of 10,000 Euro. Yoonkyung was rewarded for the outstanding use of colours and the cinematographic atmosphere of her photographs.
Alongside other selected artists, her works are now on show at the “Parc des Ateliers” in Arles.
