Lorenzo: Losannah with the H… Does it refer to the beauty, the class, the serenity of the Helvetian city?
L’Osannah: It’s L’OSANNAH: with the apostrophe and final “H”… But for friends “Losy”. I was baptized from the indisputable Milanese night icon: LaStryxia! I like that all references with facts, cities and people are random and free interpretations.
LM: Why and how did you reach the “en travesti” vision?
L: My first picture in feminine clothes is dated back when I was 7, inside the ancient Saracen family tour. We went there during the summer holidays, in the Sicilian madonie… I wore a white dress like a truly bride, my sister had my father’s jacket while my cousin was not so happy as bridesmaid. The shoot is beautiful… I will show it to you one day, though I’m a bit jealous.
LM: What do you feel when you magically become a Madame with obvious 40s, 50s and 80s aesthetic references? What do you feel when you go on stage?
L: When I do my make-up there’s always that moment when, suddenly, I can see Her! In the round led enlightened, dirty of powder, mirror… It’s Her, She is here! So I run to check if she is in every house’s corners, just to be sure… I mean, one never knows! I love vintage, ça va sans dire. Actually I also like experimenting more contemporary looks. What do I feel being a Madame? If you saw me just once you know what I feel 🙂
LM: Does Alvaro envy L’Osannah and vice versa?
L: No.
LM: What do you feel wearing Salvatore Vignola’s clothes and being shot by me?
L: I’m really enjoy our time and I think you can see it also from the pics! A relaxing and yet funny atmosphere on the set is fundamental and you are a master also in this!
LM: Thank you, you’re so kind. What are you daily life interests?
L: Interests are for idles… that’s why I have plenty of them!
LM: Is L’Osannah more funny or seductress?
L: Both!
LM: Sorry for my insolence… When you make love do you make it dressed up like L’Osannah or as it happens?
L: Many people ask me that and I always don’t answer the question.
LM: Such an elegant answer that matches with a Diva like you.
L: Thank you!
