“I’M ALUMNI COLLECTION REVOLUTION” PROJECT BY ISTITUTO MARANGONI CELEBRATED ITS THIRD YEAR WITH NYNNE FASHION SHOW
Always on the forefront in discovering and training new fashion talents, Istituto Marangoni presented the third edition of the “I’m Alumni Collection Revolution” project during Milan Fashion Week.
Aimed to promote its own students, this year the initiative let the 26-year-old Danish designer Nynne Kunde show the Spring Summer 2020 Collection of her own brand new label Nynne, launched a year ago after taking her degree and, above all, after being consecrated as “Womenswear Designer of the Year”.
Perfectly joining Danish fashion minimalism – made of pure and fluid silhouettes that avoid excessive frills – and brilliant Londoner style – where brilliant colors act as lord – “Ducens Domina” Collection showed us a daring woman who loves expressing her strong personality throughout a wardrobe made of 40s old fashioned glamourous references and an attentive materials’ matching.
The palette focus on pastel and cold hues – from lavender to cognac passing through light yellow and aquamarine – monochromatic color block, voluminous shapes and touches of shinig pieces are the main details of the collection.
Nynne Milanese debut happened also thanks to one of the Istituto Marangoni Brand Ambassadors, Ermanno Scervino who showed his own collection just before the talented Marangoni alumna at the very location, Palazzo Serbelloni.
Finally, counting on the great support of other Italian realities – LineaPelle and LuisaViaRoma.Com – “Ducens Domina” Collection by Nynne will be available online at the very prestigious luxury e-commerce Luisa Via Roma.
