The Santoni woman is momentary absent… but she has left her glamorous traces
Legister letters, books, viniles, copies, cigarettes near clothing and footwear, this is the installation O.O.O. (Out of Office) curated by Flaccavento/Pippolini with the art direction of Studiopepe to present today the Spring/Summer 2019 Santoni collection at Palazzo Gallarati Scotti.
The collection proposes shoes with architectural lines and slender heels, made of soft and luxurious materials, from nappa to soft crocodile. The color palette is natural with a touch of metallic flashes.
In addition to the main collection there are some pieces from the Santoni Edited by Marco Zanini project. The designer has reinterpreted the icon brand’s pieces playing with the choice of materials: pumps, high-heeled ankle boots, low-rise boots are made of suede while the jackets, with their classic shapes, are made of laminated canvas and brocade. Finally each piece is lit by day-glo touches, proof of a big attention to the detail.
