She was never meant to move. Fixed in time, bound by porcelain fragility, her existence was scripted—a tableau of silent elegance behind glass walls. But something inside her fractured. A whisper, a tremor. The first crack ran through her pristine shell, and with it, the beginning of her escape. The Broken Doll House was all she had ever known, where beauty was static, controlled, perfected to an eerie fault. Her painted lips never quivered, and her limbs never dared disobedience. But as the strings loosened, she felt an unfamiliar pull—the urgency of a world unchoreographed. Stumbling into the unknown, her movements were awkward and mechanical, yet filled with intent. Her joints resisted, her frame still dictated by the stiffness of her past, but she pressed forward. The world outside was surreal—shadows stretching in unnatural ways, colors bleeding into each other. Poses rigid yet intentional, she embraced the in-between—no longer a doll, not yet entirely free. The world watched, captivated by the unsettling beauty of something unfinished, something in metamorphosis. With each step, the fracture deepened. And in those cracks, she found herself.
