As every December, The Royal Albert Hall in London becomes home of one of the most awaited fashion events of the year. The British Fashion Council with its coveted awards gathered not only leading figures of the industry but also international top actors, singers, influencers, sport stars, and even royal family’s members. This years we saw taking over the red carpet, amongst the others, Cate Blanchett, Janet Jackson, Tom Cruise, Ellie Goulding, Kendall Jenner, Nicholas Houlton, and Lewis Hamilton.

The awards prize designers, models, hairstylists, and people who have greatly influenced the fashion system over the past months. Accompanied by the ceremony host Tracee Ellis Ross, this sparkly night brought some special acknowledgments: Giorgio Armani has been prized with the Outstanding Achievement – delivered by the stunning Julia Roberts -, Naomi Campbell took the podium as Fashion Icon, Sarah Burton has been acclaimed for the incredible mandate as creative director of Alexander McQueen with the Trailblazer Award, and the hairstylist Sam McKnights won the Isabella Blow Award. Also the beloved queen Riri reached a prestigious position in the nominees getting the Urban Luxe Award thanks to her newborn Fenty line (recently welcomed in the LVMH family), and then Daniel Lee sticks out in the designers category leading the creative direction of Bottega Veneta since less than two years.
