At 16, Luigi left his small hometown of San Michele in Bosco to learn the art of tailoring in Turin. In 1911, he established his artisanal workshop, laying the foundation for what would become a benchmark in Italian craftsmanship. During the 1930s, the company evolved with the introduction of the Fordist model, championed by Luigi’s son, Edgardo, increasing production while maintaining exceptional quality. In 1939, the LUBIAM brand was born, a testament to its deep-rooted connection with Mantua. The post-war years marked a phase of expansion, driven by innovations and patents that modernized the tailoring process.
In 2022, a significant rebranding streamlined the brand’s identity, consolidating its collections under a single label, Luigi Bianchi, with three distinct lines. Today, led by the fourth generation of the Bianchi family, the company continues to blend tradition with innovation, reaffirming its role in high-end menswear.
This rich sartorial heritage is complemented by the L.B.M.1911 collection, designed for a sophisticated, successful woman who seamlessly transitions between work and social engagements.
