Jacques Marie Mage has inaugurated its first European gallery in the heart of Milan’s historic Via della Spiga. This significant milestone for the Los Angeles-based luxury brand marks the beginning of its tenth-anniversary celebrations, bringing its sophisticated and visionary ethos to a new audience. “The opening of the JMM Gallery in Milan is a very special achievement for our project,” says Jerome Mage, founder and creative director of the brand. “It’s an opportunity to showcase and explore the many facets of our brand in a completely new context.”

The Milan gallery offers an immersive experience where exceptional craftsmanship meets cultural storytelling. Alongside the brand’s collectible limited-edition eyewear, visitors can discover finely curated leather goods, jewelry, and memorabilia, all inspired by the traditional crafts and landscapes of the American Southwest. The gallery’s bespoke furnishings, designed by the Parisian furniture and design studio Hervet Manufacturier, elevate the space further with their use of rare woods and unique designs, creating an atmosphere of elegance and authenticity.

Highlighting the gallery’s artistic narrative are museum-quality artifacts and indigenous creations, including six unique pairs of beaded leather moccasins crafted by Northern Plains tribes. Each piece carries its own rich symbology and history, reflected in the intricate beadwork, imagery, and colors. Additionally, the gallery features over 15 pieces of Native American pottery, including works from the Acoma Pueblo—one of the oldest continuously inhabited communities in the United States—and Navajo artists renowned for their horsehair pottery technique.

Far more than a retail space, the Milan JMM Gallery invites visitors into a world where design, craftsmanship, and culture intersect.
