Seafarer’s spring/summer 2025 collection represents a perfect fusion of tradition and innovation, reinterpreting principles cherished by fashionistas.
With a refined balance between nature and style, the collection evokes a simple and essential imagery inspired by the elements of Earth and Sea.
Delicate shades of light blue and pink blend harmoniously with crisp floral prints, while earthier tones such as sand, brown and army green lend solidity, creating a marriage of strength and lightness.
The use of large volumes and defined shoulders evokes the boldness of the 1980s, combining masculine silhouettes with lightweight, impalpable fabrics in a contrast between structure and suavity, between power and dream.
Seafarer also pays homage to the sporty world with references to baseball, introducing retro patches and stripes in the iconic colors of blue, red, and white, for a dynamic and contemporary aesthetic.
Decorative elements such as paintings, coats of arms and depictions of mermaids add a touch of romance and poetry to the classic marinière style, enriching the collection with timeless suggestions.
A true jewel, the shirt created in collaboration with Italian artist Ludovica Basso, a.k.a. Clorophilla Studio, transports the Seafarer woman into a dream suspended between past and present, evoking the brand’s iconic mariniere atmospheres through images of distant myths, and ancient sailings intertwined with legends of uncharted lands.
A perfect balance of tradition, innovation and culture, the new S/S ’25 Seafarer collection, under the artistic direction of Manuela Mariotti, the brand’s creative director since 2021, has been able to enhance the brand’s ability to reinvent its heritage with a vision that is both modern and rich in elegance.
